Dear Pre-K Families,
We hope to send your children’s evaluations home the first week of February. We try to have the evaluations ready at this time in order to help you make a decision on what would be best for your child in the 2012-2013 school year. If you have any concerns regarding your child’s evaluation or any concerns in general please note it on the back of the evaluation and we will gladly set up a time to sit down and talk to you.
We will start February with a groundhog project and hope for an early spring! On February 13th our children will have their Valentine exchange. We will have their Valentine bags in the hallway and ask that you help your child place their cards in the bags. We also ask that you omit names on the outside of the envelopes; it makes it much easier to pass out the cards into the bags. Our am class has 28 children, 10 girls and 18 boys .Our pm class has 18 children, 7 girls and 11 boys.
     The children will also learn about President Lincoln through stories and crafts. We will finish the month with dinosaurs. We will explore the world of dinosaurs through stories, art projects and play.
